I chose the “carbon fiber” finish option, to match some of the accents I’ve already added the to interior, and they look pretty good to me. I’ve put a small amount of deadening on the back of my a pillars, right behind where the pods are mounted, as well as sealed up the inner edges of the pods themselves with thin foam. They sound great with DS18 ZXI-354 3.5″ mids including aluminum grilles and DS18 DTX 2.2″ titanium tweeters. I love them, thank you!
These look like factory fit. They are awesome. Best product out there for custom factory fit pods. I will be using them on all my build’s
‘13 Crewcab F150. Great color match to oem trim (platinum finish). Perfect fit but top bolts provided are not long enough, so recommend shopping around for some longer hardware. My door panels didn’t require too much modification for speakers to fit, so huge plus. Installed with D4S hexicone 6.5 mids. Great pods and highly recommend.
