Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Returns

    1. Our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy will last 60 days from the date you receive the product.  If 60 days has passed since you received your product(s), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  
    2. All Speaker Pods and Speakers are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.  If 1 year has passed since you received your product(s), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
    3. Special requests on orders are not eligible for a return 
      1. Those speaker pod orders that consist of custom hole sizes. 
      2. Those speaker pod orders that consist of custom speaker configurations. 
    4. Additional non-returnable items: 
      1. Gift cards. 
      2. Wearable merchandise such as hats and t-shirts. 
    5. Acceptable reasons for a return 
      1. No longer need the item(s) 
        1. Eligible if less than 60 days from date of purchase. 
      2. Ordered the wrong item(s) 
        1. Eligible if less than 60 days from date of purchase. 
      3. Defective Item(s) 
        1. Eligible if less than 1 year from date of purchase. 
        2. Some items are eligible if less than 2 years from date of purchase. 
      4. Wrong Item(s) received 
        1. Contact us at info@customspeakerpods.com within 48 hours. 
        2. If CSP is at fault, we will overnight you the correct item(s) immediately. 
      5. Item(s) damaged during shipping 
        1. If you receive a damaged package, we ask that you refuse the delivery from the shipper. 
        2. If you find damaged item(s) after the delivery is accepted, then contact us at info@customspeakerpods.com within 48 hours by following the instructions in section 1.g.iv. 
      6. Special Cases Returns 
        1. Only if your return item is a defective Sundown Audio product or Rogue Car Audio product, then you must put in a request for an RMA through their website and complete your return through them. 
        2. If your return item was purchased from a dealer or installer, then you must request a return from that dealer or installer and complete your return through them. 
      7. For every other product purchased through the Custom Speaker Pods website, to complete your return, you will need to request an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com.  
        1. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA 
        2. IF A RETURN IS SENT WITHOUT AN RMA THAT SHIPMENT WILL BE REJECTED 
        3. PRIOR TO SENDING AN RMA REQUEST, PLEASE REFER TO OUR WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS PAGE TO SEE IF YOUR PRODUCT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN 
        4. If you feel that your return qualifies, to receive an RMA, we will require that you send an RMA Request to info@customspeakerpods.com and include the following information: 
          1. Your purchase order number. 
          2. A good explanation as to why you are making the return. 
          3. Very clear and concise pictures of the items in question. 
          4. Very clear and concise pictures of the packaging if the packaging is in question. 
      8. Approved or Denied 
        1. Once you are approved for a return your return will be assigned an RMA number. 
        2. If your request is denied or in question, our CSP associate will follow up with a call or email. 
      9. You must package the return items in such a manner that the returned package will not cause any damage to the returned items that could potentially prevent you from receiving your refund or exchange. (Package speakers with extra precaution).

    1. Be sure to include your RMA number in the address line. 
    2. Be sure to email info@customspeakerpods.com with your RMA number and your packages tracking information to let us know the package is on its way.
    3. DO NOT SEND ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER TRACKING INFORMATION.

Refunds & Exchanges 

  1. Once your return is received and inspected by a CSP associate, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and inform you if the items are eligible or ineligible for a refund or exchange. 
    1. Eligible 
      1. If your return is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, then we will either apply the purchased amount to your original method of payment or send you a replacement item.  You should expect your refund or exchange item(s) to take 5 business days to show up in your account or at your door from the date of the email notification. 
    2. Ineligible 
      1. If your return is deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange, then you have two options. 
        1. We can return the items back to you at your expense. 
        2. We can field destroy these items at our facility. 
  2. Late or missing refunds or exchanges 
    1. If more than 5 business days has passed since your refund or exchange was submitted, please contact us at info@customspeakerpods.com so that we may investigate the situation. 
  3. Sale Items 
    1. All sale items will be refunded in the amount that was paid by the customer and not the original MSRP. 
    2. All sale items can be exchanged for the same or like items. 
  4. Alternate shipping methods 
    1. For those orders with alternate shipping methods, the items will be refunded or exchanged, but the cost of the alternate shipping method will not be refunded, and the exchanged item will not be sent back using that alternate shipping method.  
    2. For example, if you paid extra to have this item shipped overnight, you will not be refunded the additional overnight shipping costs, nor will the exchanged item(s) be shipped back to you using overnight shipping. 
  5. Fraudulent Charges 
    1. Contact Custom Speaker Pods within 24 hours of the fraudulent charge at info@customspeakerpods.com. 
    2. If you contact us within 24 hours, we can cancel the order without shipping the item(s) and the charge to your card will be cancelled or refunded. 
    3. If you do not contact us within 24 hours you risk the chance of the item(s) being shipped out to the individual committing the fraud.  Once the item(s) has shipped we will not be able to assist you any further.
