Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

1.      Returns

a.      Our Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy will last 60 days from the date you receive the product.  If 60 days has passed since you received your product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

b.      To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused (never installed) and in the same condition in which it was received. 

c.      Special requests on orders are not eligible for a return.

                                          i.     Those orders that consist of custom hole sizes.

                                         ii.     Those orders that consist of custom speaker configurations.

d.      Additional non-returnable items:

                                          i.     Gift cards

                                         ii.     Wearable merchandise such as hats and t-shirts.

e.      If your return item is a Sundown Audio product, then you must put in a request for an RMA through the Sundown Audio website and complete you return through Sundown Audio.

f.       If your return was purchased from a reseller or installer, then you must request an RMA from that reseller or installer and complete your return through them.

g.      For every other product purchased through our website, to complete your return, you will need to request an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com. 

h.      NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA.

i.       To receive an RMA, we will require the following be sent to info@customspeakerpods.com:

                                          i.     Your purchase order number

                                         ii.     A good explanation as to why you are making the return

                                        iii.     Very clear and concise pictures of the items in question

                                        iv.     Very clear and concise pictures of the packaging if the packaging is at play

j.       Once you are approved for a return your return will be assigned an RMA number

k.      You must package the return items in such a manner that the returned package will not cause any damage to the returned items that could potentially prevent you from receiving your refund or exchange.

l.       Return the well packaged items to the following address:

m.    If your request is denied or in question, our CSP associate will follow up with a call or email.

 

2.      Refunds

a.      Once your return is received and inspected by a CSP associate, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and inform you if the items are eligible or ineligible for a refund. 

b.      Eligible

                                          i.     If your return is deemed eligible for a refund, then we will apply the purchased amount to your original method of payment.  You should expect your refund to take 5 business days to show up in your account from the date of the email notification.

c.      Ineligible

                                          i.     If your return is deemed ineligible for a refund, then you have two options.

1.      We can return the items back to you at your expense.

2.      We can field destroy these items at our facility.

d.      Late or missing refunds

                                          i.     If more than 5 business days has passed since your refund was submitted, please contact us at info@customspeakerpods.com so that we may investigate the situation.

e.      Sale Items

                                          i.     All sale items will be refunded in the amount that was paid by the customer and not the original MSRP.

f.       Alternate shipping methods.

                                     i.          For those orders with alternate shipping methods, the items will be refunded, but the cost of the alternate shipping method will not be refunded. For example, if you paid extra to have this item shipped overnight, you will not be refunded the additional overnight shipping costs.

3.      Exchanges

a.      Defective Items

                                          i.     We will gladly replace your items free of charge if you find that the items are defective. 

                                         ii.     To receive a free replacement item, you must submit a request for an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com as described above.

                                        iii.     We may or may not send you a return label to have you send the items back to our facility for further inspection.

b.      Damaged Items Due to Shipping

                                          i.     We will gladly replace your items free of charge if you find that your item was damaged during shipping. 

                                         ii.     To receive a free replacement item, you must submit a request for an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com as described above.

                                        iii.     We may or may not send you a return label to have you send the items back to our facility for further inspection.

c.      Wrong Items Shipped

                                          i.          We will gladly replace your items free of charge if you find that the CSP shipped you the wrong item. 

                                         ii.          To receive a free replacement item, you must submit a request for an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com as described above.

                                        iii.          If we find that we are at fault, we will ship you the correct replacement items via next day shipping.

                                        iv.          We may or may not send you a return label to have you send the items back to our facility for further inspection.

d.      Wrong Items Ordered

                                          i.     If you discover that you have ordered the wrong items and it is within the 60-day time period, we will gladly exchange those items for the correct items.

                                         ii.     To receive your correct/exchange items, you must submit a request for an RMA through info@customspeakerpods.com as described above.

                                        iii.     You will be required to ship the wrong/exchange items back to CSP at your expense.

                                        iv.     Once CSP receives the wrong/exchange items a CSP associate will inspect the wrong/exchange items, and determine if the wrong/exchange items are eligible for free replacements.

1.      If the items are in acceptable condition, then CSP will ship out the correct/exchange items free of charge.

2.      If the items are not in acceptable condition, then you as the customer have two options.

a.       We can return the items back to you at their expense.

b.      We can field destroy these items at our facility.
