The installation of these pods is easy and doesn't take much time. They look fabulous. There is one important thing to note, though, the bottom opening has the bottom mount of the window track and the side impact sensor for the air bags directly behind it. If you intend to put a subwoofer there (like I did) you'll need some serious planning. I just put the sub up top instead. I did means need to enlarge the opening of the pod and my door, but I just used a 6" hole saw, and it was easy. The included hardware is unobtrusive as well. I'm in love with these door pods.

Okay! So, these do NOT fit 06-08 Nissan 350zs with the updated door panels! But, car audio guys like myself will toss our panels on ebay and retrofit older panels from an 03 to an 05 just to make it work, you will need the panels and window switch bezels and your gold!

I like the look and fitment but I had to make some speaker rings to reinforce the cutout because my speakers are heavy and the pods had a lot of flex due to the weight of the speakers and after installing them they still have a lot of flex when closing the door so now I’m looking for some Neo speakers that match my 300 watt per speaker and same fitment in the cut outs that aren’t gonna cost an arm and a leg
