2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, authorized dealers, distributors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 23, 2026 and ends on June 22, 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected at random within 3 days after the Giveaway ends. The winner will be notified via email / phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Custom Speaker Pods to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
