Choosing speakers for your pods does not need to be complicated. Start with the opening size, consider how you want the system to sound, and make sure the speakers and amplifier work well together.
Fitment depends on the product type shown on the page. Vehicle-specific pods are engineered for the listed vehicle years, body style, panel and speaker location. Universal pods require a suitable mounting area and customer-planned placement. Always compare your panel with the product photos and review all fitment notes before ordering. If anything looks different, contact us with a clear panel photo so we can help confirm compatibility.
Modification requirements vary by product. Installation may require test-fitting, drilling mounting holes, trimming the factory panel for speaker clearance and routing speaker wire. The difficult fabrication work is already complete—the speaker pods are designed, formed and finished, so there is no fiberglass, bondo, sanding or custom pod construction. Always review the product-specific installation requirements before ordering.
Do not rely on nominal speaker size alone. Compare the speaker’s actual outside diameter, required cutout diameter, mounting depth, basket or magnet clearance and tweeter housing dimensions with the Speaker Compatibility specifications on the product page. Measure the actual speakers you intend to install before ordering. If custom-cut openings are selected, verify every measurement carefully because customized products may not be returnable.
Quantity 1 includes one complete pod set as described in the product page’s “What’s in the Box” section. Depending on the application, that may be a driver-and-passenger pair or a single pod for one specific location. Speakers, wiring and other installation components are not included unless the product description specifically states otherwise. Check the included-items section before ordering so you know exactly what will arrive.

1. My package arrived very quickly, from being a repeating customer I already knew the quality was going to be great.
2. I really wish these would have came without cutouts, as my JP 3.5″ midrange drivers and my JP 2″ tweeters would not fit in the pods upon arrival with the cutout that was already made.
3. Install is very straight forward, but please be sure you are not using a 3.5″ driver with much more than a 1″ mounting depth, because I did have to cut into my A Pillar for motor clearance.
4. Buy some secondary A pillars like I did just incase you run into scenario like I did.
5. Last but not least, I do not blame or leave bad reviews on products with little to no information on cutout or mounting depth info. Other than that these pods look fantastic, and work well as long as you or the installer have a little bit of knowledge in the car audio industry.
