CSP TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY

1. Product Description
   1. Speaker pods are made from durable ABS plastic.
   2. Prices are for the pair.
   3. Speakers are not included with your purchase of speaker pods but can be added to your
      order at an additional cost.
   4. Speaker pods are shipped with a standard cutout by default. If custom cutouts are requested, we will make every effort to accommodate the specified dimensions; however, we cannot guarantee exact sizing.
2. Installation
   1. Custom Speaker Pods, LLC is not to be held responsible for any damage done to any of the following: speakers, door panels, any interior component (door, wiring, carpet, seats, etc.), personal injury.
   2. Installation is the responsibility of the buyer and or reseller/installer.
   3. Door panels must be drilled and cut for installation.
3. Shipping and Delivery
   1. All orders from the Custom Speaker Pods LLC facility in South Carolina are shipped via UPS ground or USPS.  Any offer of free shipping is limited to the Continental US.
   2. Some items sold on this website are shipped directly from the manufacturer (Sky High Car Audio, Down 4 Sound, Sundown Audio, etc) and will follow their shipping practices.
   3. Alternate shipping methods can be used if requested by customer. Additional costs associated with an alternate shipping method will be covered by the customer.
   4. We secure all our packages with a tamper proof tape.
      1. If the package appears to be tampered with, the buyer has two options:
         1. The buyer has the right to refuse delivery
         2. The buyer has the right to check the contents to make sure they have received all their items prior to accepting the delivery.
         3. Keep in mind, if the buyer chooses this option, the buyer, not Custom Speaker Pods, LLC, will be responsible for any missing items.
   5. Most orders will ship out in 2-3 business days
   6. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure correct delivery and acceptance of packages.  Custom Speaker Pods LLC will not be responsible for the following:
      1. Packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.  Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly in the order form.
      2. Packages ‘stolen’ from the delivery site.  (Sorry, this is going to be a long one as it happens way too often).  We rely on the professional services of our shipping partners.  It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered to the correct address and placed in an appropriate location.  It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure the package is secured and/or accepted upon delivery by the shipping partner.  After the package has been delivered it is no longer the responsibility of Custom Speaker Pods LLC to ensure the package is properly received.  If a package is suspected of being stolen the buyer/customer must contact the shipping partner and local authorities.
   7. Shipping Insurance
      1. We have used Route shipping insurance in the past, however we have discontinued this service due to multiple issues, including claim processing.
      2. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer to ensure proper receipt of the delivery.
      3. If you feel your package could be at risk upon delivery please let us know so we can work with you to either provide a required signature or an optional secure delivery location.
4. Return Policy
   1. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
5. Warranty
   1. All products manufactured by Custom Speaker Pods come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
   2. Audio Equipment and other items purchased from Custom Speaker Pods may have a manufacturer warranty.  Please check with the manufacturer of the equipment for details.
   3. Warranty concerns with Audio Equipment Purchased from Custom Speaker Pods must be addressed with the manufacturer of the equipment directly.
   4. We stand behind our products. All speaker pods listed here are proudly made in the USA.

6. Usage
   1. The products sold on this website have not been tested by any form of legal, government or law facility. Please be aware of local laws etc. when installing these products. Custom Speaker Pods, LLC will not be held responsible for any law-breaking activity of the buyer, reseller or installer. The customer, reseller, or installer assumes all risks involving all laws pertaining to the vehicle and/or location where the products are installed/used.
   2. Some products may obstruct view while driving. We recommend that these products be removed while the vehicle is in motion.

   1. All orders are to be placed online through the website to keep all information secure, correct, and accurate.
