Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 60 days from the date you receive your product. If 60 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Speaker Pod Guarantee

All Speaker Pods are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date. After 1 year, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. View full warranty policy >here<. 

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special requests (e.g., custom hole sizes, configurations)
  • Gift cards
  • Wearable merchandise (hats, t-shirts)
  • B-STOCK items
Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns for the following reasons:

  • No longer needed (Eligible within 60 days of purchase)
  • Ordered the wrong item (Eligible within 60 days of purchase)
    • Tip: If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us with pictures of your door panel to ensure you get the correct pod.
Exchanges

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item ordered (Eligible within 60 days of purchase)
  • For assistance, send us pictures of your door panel to ensure you select the correct product.
Special Cases

You can return items for the following reasons without paying a restocking fee:

  • Defective items (Eligible within 1 year, some items may be covered up to 2 years from purchase)
  • Wrong items received (Contact us within 48 hours)
  • Damaged items during shipping (If you notice damage, refuse delivery; if already accepted, contact us within 48 hours)
  • If your order was placed through a dealer or installer you will need to request a return through them.

Return Procedure

Request an RMA:

  • Contact us at info@customspeakerpods.com with the following:
    • Your purchase order number
    • Explanation of the return reason
    • Clear, detailed pictures of the item(s) and packaging (if relevant)
 
No RMA, No Return! Returns without an RMA will be rejected.
 
Shipping Your Return:

Once approved, we’ll assign an RMA number.

  • Package items carefully to avoid damage.

  • Include your RMA number in the address line.

  • Send tracking info to info@customspeakerpods.com.

Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once your return is inspected, we’ll notify you of its eligibility. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees. You can expect a refund within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for funds to return to your account may vary depending on your bank. 

  • Exchanges: If eligible, we’ll send you an invoice for the restocking fee. Once paid, we’ll ship your replacement item within 5 business days.

Ineligible Returns

If your return is ineligible:

  • You may choose to have the items returned at your expense.

  • Or, we can dispose of the items at our facility.

Sale Items

Sale items will be refunded based on the sale price, minus the restocking fee. Exchanges will be for the same or similar item at the sale price, minus the restocking fee. *B-STOCK products are not eligible for return. 

Alternate Shipping Methods

Costs for alternate shipping methods (e.g., overnight shipping) are non-refundable. Exchanges will be shipped using standard shipping, not the expedited method.

Fraudulent Charges

If you suspect a fraudulent charge, contact us within 24 hours at info@customspeakerpods.com. If you reach us in time, we can cancel the order and refund your payment. If the order ships before you contact us, we may not be able to assist further.
