Quarterly Affiliate Paid Promotional Advertisement (QAPPA)

THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU TO PROMOTE YOUR BRAND THROUGH CSP’S PAID SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING.

1. You Create an Advertisement.
2. CSP places your advertisement into the CSP Paid Social Media Advertising Campaign.
3. CSP will spend money to promote your brand.
4. Your advertisement gets seen by 10’s of thousands of people.
5. Your coupon code gets seen by 10’s of thousands of people.
6. Your coupon code gets used by a percentage of those people.
7. CSP makes sales.
8. You get paid a percentage of those sales.
9. It’s that easy.

HOW?

1. You submit your Advertisement promoting your brand and the CSP brand. Be sure to include your affiliate coupon code within your advertisement.
2. CSP will review your Advertisement and CSP will either approve it or deny it.
3. When approved, CSP will create a new advertising campaign that will include your advertisement along with advertisements from our other influencers.
4. The social media advertising algorithm will determine which advertisement is the most successful based on views, interactions, comments, etc. (CSP has nocontrol during this stage as it is all up to the algorithm to determine which advertisement is best.)
5. The time period that this chosen advertisement runs is determined by the advertisement’s success.

WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE ADVERTISEMENT?

1. Video Advertisement
2. Length 15-30 seconds

ADVERTISEMENT REVIEW

1. CSP will review your advertisement.
   1. So long as it’s tasteful and promotes your brand, promotes the CSP Brand, and is in a video format and 15-30 seconds it will be approved.
   2. If we disapprove your advertisement, we will let you know of the issue right away, so that you have time to edit it.

HOW MANY PIECES OF ADVERTISEMENT CAN I SUBMIT?

1. Unfortunately, we’ll ask that you only submit one piece of advertising for that quarter.
2. You chose your best advertisement. You’re the best judge of your work.

WHEN TO SUBMIT

1. You can submit at any time. We are asking you to submit 2-3 WEEKS prior to the advertisement posting so that we have time to review the advertisements and you have time to edit your advertisement if need be.
2. Quarter 1 Submittal Deadline
   1. December 1st
3. Quarter 2 Submittal Deadline
   1. March 1st
4. Quarter 3 Submittal Deadline
   1. June 1st
5. Quarter 4 Submittal Deadline
   1. September 1st

HOW TO SUBMIT

There is an document upload located in the “Affiliate Area.”  Follow the instructions below.

1. Go to customspeakerpods.com
2. Go to the Hamburger on the top left and select “My Account”
3. Log into your account
4. Select “Affiliate Area”
5. Scroll down to “Upload Your Media Here”
6. Under File Title give your advertisement a name.
   1. Use this naming scheme (FirstName-LastName-Q3-QAPPA)
7. Select the “Choose Files” button.
8. Locate your advertisement and select it.
9. Click the “Submit” button and you’re done.

Your File should now appear under ”Current Media Items.” If you want to replace it with another file, you can always delete it and upload a new one at any time before the due date.
