Custom Speaker Pods Shipping Policy
At Custom Speaker Pods, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and shipped.
1. Shipping Rates and Methods
- Free Shipping: All items will ship free within the continental USA.
- Shipping Carrier: All items will ship via UPS Ground within the continental USA unless we are shipping to a PO Box. All PO Box shipments must be shipped through USPS.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
3. Shipping Time
- Delivery Time: UPS Ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the continental USA.
4. Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at (844) 664-7637. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the UPS website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: All shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS.
- International Shipping: All non-continental USA and international shipments will be charged a shipping fee.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please REFUSE DELIVERY. It is your right to refuse delivery if you think the carrier has damaged it. This is the easiest way to avoid any conflict. Contact us immediately at (844) 664-7637 with your order number and photos of the damage if possible. We will reprocess your order immediately.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at (844) 664-7637 with your order number, and we will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
- Stolen Shipments: If your order is stolen off of your porch after it has been delivered, Custom Speaker Pods will not be held responsible.
