Shipping Methods
Carriers: UPS & USPS
All eligible orders ship UPS
PO Boxes, APO, FPO and any other addresses that do not accept mail being delivered via UPS will be shipped via USPS.
Shipping Options: We offer shipping through UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, USPS Priority Mail & USPS First Class Mail.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: Custom Speaker Pods offers free shipping for most orders over $20.00 via UPS Ground within the continental US.
Exceptions: Orders that include items being drop shipped will incur additional shipping charges.
Expediated Shipping: If you are in need of expediated shipping please contact us at (864) 435-9722. An estimated cost can be provided though exact amounts are not available until after the order is submitted.
Flat Rate: All orders within the continental US that are under $20.00 will be charged a flat rate of $5.00.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid): Custom Speaker Pods does not cover the cost of duties and taxes on international shipments. The receiver will be responsible to cover any fees accrued once the goods enter their country.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days. However, since our products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive. You will be notified once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Peak Season Notice: During busy periods, such as tax season, Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays, processing times may experience delays.
Order Tracking
Tracking Notification: Once your order has completed processing and assigned a tracking number you will be sent an email containing tracking information to monitor your order’s progress via the UPS / USPS website.
Custom Speaker Pods Account: If you have a Custom Speaker Pods account, order updates can be seen by visiting ‘My Account’ > ‘Orders’.
Shipping Time
Delivery (continental US): Please allow up to 10 business days for your package to arrive after it has shipped; most packages will arrive much sooner. For any and all shipping updates, please refer directly to the shipping service’s website (UPS or USPS) using your tracking number.
Delivery (Alaska/Hawaii): Shipping durations may vary depending on location of shipping address. For any and all shipping updates, please refer directly to the shipping service’s website (UPS or USPS) using your tracking number.
Delivery (international): Shipping durations may vary depending on location of shipping address. For any and all shipping updates, please refer directly to the shipping service’s website (UPS or USPS) using your tracking number.
Peak Season Notice: During busy periods, such as tax season, Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays, shipping may experience delays. If you encounter delays and need assistance, we kindly ask that you reach out to the carrier directly. Please note, we have the same tracking information as you and are unable to provide updates beyond what is available online.
Damaged or Lost Items
Damaged Shipments (if carrier is met): If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@customspeakerpods.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if possible). *Replacements items will be sent out ASAP.
Damaged Shipments (if carrier is not met): If left damaged, DO NOT OPEN! We will need good clear photos of how the package arrived email to info@customspeakerpods.com along with your order number. After our team reviews you will be notify on how to proceed.
Damaged Shipments (received & opened): If a package is delivered with visible damage and is opened by the recipient, Custom Speaker Pods will not be held liable for any damage to the items inside.
By opening the package with visible damage, it is assumed that the customer is satisfied with the condition of the items.
Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, contact us with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Stolen Shipments: Custom Speaker Pods will not be held liable for stolen items.
Shipping Address
Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect addresses.
If Address Changes Are Needed:
Before Shipping: If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at (864) 435-9987.
After Shipping: If you need to update your shipping address after an order has been shipped, please contact the shipping service directly to make any changes.
