Affiliate Contract

Thank you for being an affiliate and supporting Custom Speaker Pods!

INTRODUCTION

1. This is an affiliate partner agreement between CSP (Custom Speaker Pods, LLC) and ___________________________________
2. As an affiliate of CSP, you essentially become a part of the CSP organization, and it’s crucial that you uphold the highest levels of professionalism in representing both CSP and you.
3. This contract is non-binding, you can leave the program whenever you like. This is just an explanation of what CSP expects from you and what you will receive as a representative of our company.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN AFFILIATE

1. If you currently have a social media account or several social media accounts, CSP must review them prior to approval.
2. It is at the discretion of Custom Speaker Pods to approve you or not whether you bring value to the company.
3. You don’t have to have thousands or millions of followers to start. We want to give the guy or gal just starting out a shot at success.
4. We understand that growing a following is difficult, however, to keep things fair for everyone we must see some form of advertisement promoting Customspeakerpods.com used on your social media platform of choice.

UNACCEPTABLE PROMOTIONAL CHANNELS

1. None at this time.

CSP PRODUCT PROTECTION

1. The affiliate partner agrees that they will not promote any speaker mounting devices that attach to the interior or exterior of any motor vehicle from any company other than Custom Speaker Pods.
2. If the affiliate partner has the intention of or is already promoting a product similar to those manufactured by CSP they must disclose the name of the supplier and the name of the manufacturer to CSP to approve or disapprove.
3. All CSP Products promoted by the affiliate partner must be advertised under the brand name, “Custom Speaker Pods.”
4. A counterfeit product or copycat product promoted by an affiliate partner is considered a breach of this contract and will lead to this partnership being voided.
5. All Custom Speaker Pods product installations on your personal vehicle must be of an extremely professional nature as you will be a ‘showcase’ of our products.  Installations must follow the following guidelines:
   1. Pods must be installed with the provided hardware of machine screws and locknuts.  Woodscrews or any type of self-tapping screw will not be allowed.
   2. Speakers must be matched for the pod size and be securely fastened.
   3. Pods must not be damaged in any way.  If you have an issue with a damaged pod, contact us immediately for a repair.

CSP PROMOTIONAL SALES

1. These promotional sales will only apply to DTC (Direct to Consumer) and not B2B (Business to Business).
   1. Our default promotional sales periods are as follows:
      1. Tax Return Sale (February 15th to April 15th)
      2. Memorial Day (May 20th to June 3rd)
      3. Independence Day (June 26th to July 9th)
      4. Labor Day (August 28th to September 10
      5. Black Friday (November 16th to November 24th)
      6. Cyber Monday (November 25th to November 30th)
      7. New Year’s (December 25th to January 7th)
   2. Any additionally planned CSP promotional sale dates will be emailed to our affiliate partners 2 weeks prior to the sale beginning.
   3. In the event of a sale, your coupon code will still be active, but the discount percentage may be reduced.
      1. Example: Website 15% off sale; affiliate coupon will be reduced to 5% off giving the customer a total of 20%.
      2. Example: Website 10% off sale; affiliate coupon will Remain 10% off giving the customer 20%.
2. Product Sample Group
   1. Samples of new products may be sent to affiliate partners for review and promotional content prior to their release.
   2. How to Maintain Membership to the Product Sample Group
      1. If we find that you do a good job creating review content, we will keep sending you new product.
      2. If we find that you receive the product samples and do nothing with them, we will remove you from the Product Sample Group.
      3. You can be reinstated into the Product Sample Group, but you will be required to send us a request to rejoin the group.

1. Levels of Discount for Affiliates Audience
   1. 10% Discount
   2. Just to let you know that no matter your level, the discount to your followers is always the same. This creates an even playing field for all affiliates.
2. Products the discount is good for:
   1. Everything apart from wire by the foot.
3. How to Advertise Coupon Code
   1. You cannot advertise this discount on a specific brand other than Custom Speaker Pods.
   2. Though your coupon code is good for speakers and amplifiers we are not allowed (per the manufacturers) to advertise discounts on these products.
   3. Example of unacceptable advertising:

      2. “Save 10% on all PRV Products!”
   4. Example of acceptable advertising:

PAYMENT TERMS

1. All payments will be made at the beginning of each month for the previous months sales.
2. Payouts
   1. 5% of all sales using affiliates coupon code.
