Why I Wear Pink

I wear pink to celebrate the life of my late wife, Jodi Shinoski, may she rest in peace.  I also wear pink for all the other people affected by this horrible disease.  Jodi was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012 when she was only 39 years old.  She had two young boys ages 8 and 10 and a loving husband of 14 years.    She was a great mom, wife, sister, daughter, and friend.   She was fun loving and just a great person to be around.  I find this difficult to write as I get teared up every time I think about her.  It just goes to show you how devastating this disease can be.  Jodi was taken away from her family way too soon, so let’s make an effort to not let this happen any longer.  Please give what you can, if it’s not a lot, not a big deal, any amount is appreciated.  The best thing you can do is to spread the word to donate to either my link below or any other site that is either doing research or supporting those affected by cancer.
